Judge Tracy Davis cuts in half a 65 year recommended prison sentence for r*pist kidnapper

A jury heard the evidence and gave the scoundrel 65 years. The judge cut his sentence down to 30 years because he's black and therefore is a victim of the "system"

Here's some info about Judge Davis. She has been convicted 3 times, for DUI and reckless driving, Medicaid fraud, and for failure to pay $22,000 to an employee.

He then drove to an ATM, robbed her, and drove back to the school to sexually assault her again.

The "medicaid fraud" charge was dismissed.
You also can't be "convicted" in a civil lawsuit for breach of contract.
