He and his staff are really bad. Mental preparation is pitiful, in game strategy and management is pathetic, in game physicality is pitiful, recruiting is downright pathetic, and MM and his assistants all seem incapable of coaching a big time program.

His mentor is another high rate losing coach, Buzz Peterson. When I first heard that I became wary. He quite simply hasn’t been around winners.
