No, I’ve been told he’s very well funded.

The ship may have sailed and he can be more successful as a different coach in a different conference.

We don’t call him Midmajor McMahon for nothing.

Ship him off to some mid major and let him hope to stumble across another once in a lifetime player.

Get it over with so I can post a big "Adios Amigo" and a clip of Quint singing "Farewell & Adieu" from JAWS.

One the McAssistants can finish out the season.

Given the resources at LSU, there's no reason for any program to be this bad after 4 years except for HC incompetence.

It would seem like after so many 3 win conference seasons you'd leave on your own accord given most people in sports are competitive and its quite clear you aren't cut out for this level

Nothing at this point. Don't know what else you need to see McFly is not fit for this level of coaching basketball. So he deserves not a penny more to "fix" anything. The fix is send him packing then invest into someone worth it with more money on a roster. You going to need to prove you can coach before you getting roster investment here and I don't blame them. Boosters are probably already pissed this guy has ate their money with nothing since he came. He's one of the worst LSU coaches we've had in BB in awhile and that's saying a lot.

I’m not one who thinks LSU doesn’t care about men’s basketball but if he’s retained, I’ll start thinking that.

LSU can help Coach McMahon start looking for another job by relieving him of his duties.

That alone would make him more successful. He'd gain a large contract payout (success in life/monetarily) and he'd also have the ability to find a job at a program near his level like a Middle Tennessee or Radford level program (success coaching).

Clearly, if Lsu gave him the money that Alabama, Arkansas and Kentucky gives their coaches to recruit, Lsu would be going to the dance.
You could have John Wooden Coach this team and you wouldn’t see much a difference in the won/ loss record.

All other Div I programs play to win. LSU plays for fun.

The LSU athletic department hate their own basketball fans. It’s a shame.
