Better Call Saul Rewatch

Went through the whole thing for the first time since it ended...
Forgot a lot about it, things moved a lot differently than I remembered, but still an amazing show. Lalo and Nacho were incredible additions to the BB Universe.
I remembered being disappointed with the ending, especially the pacing of the final 3 episodes and that remained. Wish they would have held true to Jimmy weaseling his way out with just 7yrs and it ended with him in prison planning the next scheme.
Its on par with Breaking Bad, but I give the nod to BB as the final 3 episodes are perfection, along with the single best episode of any show, Ozymandias

Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, and El Camino is one of the greatest TV show universes of all time. I can re-watch all of them many times, I always recommend these to anyone who has not seen em

Yeah, and the way the old lady figured out who he was. Nothing he said would have led an old lady who never used a computer and only watched cat videos to think she should search "ABQ Conman"...

still absolutely criminal that BCS didn't win a single Emmy.
Game of Thrones season 8 won a damn emmy for best drama for god sake

Yep. Wish they would have done this and left the door open but they decided to weld it shut.
Maybe that Odenkirk had a heart attack during filming had something to do with it.

It's best not to watch any awards shows, they're garbage. I haven't watched any of them for 15+ years. We all know BCS was unbelievably acted and written.

BCS > BB by a lot.
And I loved BB.
And I loved BB.

Nah. But if you liked it more, I can't argue.

I liked BB a lot. But I do feel like it was overhyped tk me before I watched it. So that may be why. And I thought the last season was a big step down for the most part (with some awesome parts though, obviously).
I liked how BCS was constructed and interwoven a lot more. The black and white scenes were a little disappointing for sure. But I just thought overall the show was better for whatever reason. For example, some people didn’t care for the Chuck stuff, and I loved it.

There were a couple episodes that were what you could call a let down, but I thought the last season was great. It definitely stuck the landing and had one of, if not the greatest episode in TV history with Ozymandias. As most people say the ceiling was higher with BB, but BCS was definitely very consistent. I wasn't completely in love with the last season though.

Better Call Saul is a great! The way they were able to work in the two series together was very well done. I like both just about the same and highly recommend both to anyone who has not watched them.

In my mind, BCS started way to slow and they drug out the electricity allergy way too long. It took me several chances of quitting then getting back in to get through the brother in law parts in the beginning.

Agree, the cameos with the BB cast was perfect. It wasn't too much and added to the story. And like I said, the introduction of Nacho and Lalo was amazing.

Yes. Their relationship was one of the big reasons Jimmy became who he became
