She first made her bones on the web series "Surrounded," where she debated liberal political commentator Sam Seder in March of last year. Matt Walsh and a couple of other conservative podcasters liked how she performed and featured clips of her from that debate on their shows. She took off from there.
She has been very active on social media and is fairly well known in right-wing circles.

I know grift is the new favored term but I often wonder if a person is a hypocrite or a grifter.
The crucial difference being whether you think the values you espoused are virtuous. If you don't walk the walk while talking the talk you are a hypocrite.
If you say things you don't actually believe in then you can better be described as a grifter. This woman is some of each if she used her own chastity as an example of virtue. If she didn't talk about herself as an example then she's better described as a hypocrite.

I’ve never understood how “trad-wife influencers” got their audience past the fact that being an “influencer” is mutually exclusive with being a trad-wife.
