Since when did killing a baby in the womb become “health care” to the left, especially when it involves sending abortion pills in the mail from a doctor that hasn’t seen the patient or perform necessary checks before prescribing such pills.

So you’ve never heard of or used telehealth or virtual MD? Perhaps healthcare is a luxury you don’t have and thus you don’t know how things work in the real world. Is that the issue? Also they do consult with the patient and the pill is a legal product. If LA wants to make skittles illegal that’s their business but other state’s citizens have no obligation to support their idiocy. I wonder if this AG has a real law degree.

Not sure if this is the case with morning after pill but the weight loss GLP-1 drugs that get prescribed for patients who don’t meet standard indications are done off label and you completely waive your right to sue in court when you agree to using these physicians as on-demand drug dispensaries.
Legitimate concerns if something happens.

Tell me that Newsome isn’t the first governor to tell this idiot to pound sound and watch as absolutely nothing has or will happen to the doctor? Nah I’m already aware. Perhaps the AG should go to a real law school so that she won’t keep embarrassing herself with frivolous lawsuits. But again MAGA never has issue with getting embarrassed in court.
