I'm optimistic and believe it will pass.
Recent polls show this issue to be supported by a vast majority of Americans regardless of political affiliation.

And no more abstaining from voting. All those losers in DC should have to vote. Our system is beyond broken and not sure how we fix it.

It won't pass. Repubs have no backbone.

...and they hate the country.

What the citizens want means little to nothing to politicians. That's the problem.

It does not get vote in the senate and John Thune blames the democrats for him being a pussy and keeps the fraudulent election grift going for the benefit of the political establishment.

GOPe cheats too.

See e.g Raffensberger/ Kemp; the former governor and entire election board of Maricopa county.

They don’t care what party is nominally in charge so long as they get to remain at the trough.

Americans will vote unanimously in favor of limiting vote to citizens.

The lawless will vote for sticking it to Americans.

No way it passes either the House or the Senate. It should pass, but there are enough Rinos (like Massie) to defeat it.

You could conduct street corner polls all across the US and the vast majority of Americans want congressional term limits, a balanced budget amendment and a ban on members of congress trading stocks but you will never see the congressional rat bastards pass legislation to do any of those things.

It'll pass the House, but I doubt the Senate.

It damned well better. We may never get another chance to lock this down.

This is one of those things the founders took for granted and didn't spell out in the constitution. (We as a society have far exceeded their estimates for how stupid we'd become.) They never thought we'd be so complacent as to give away our republic.

We all know how the dems will vote. But If anyone on the right sells out, they need to be primaried. F em.

The GOP will tank it because they know allowing the Dems to cheat assures they'll win. Trump should fight like he'll for this one though. Tell all the RINOs that he's going hard on this one and will primary the frick out of anybody not onboard.
