If Fulwiley learns to maintain control at all times she’ll be incredible at the point, but Richard continues to improve at all phases and is damn good.

I know Poa gets a lot of hate on here, but she was a key figure on a national title team and an elite 8 team a year later

she was definitely not starting PG material but she was solid

I will say i was very disappointed in her last season but to dismiss her completely is ignorant

Absolutely

Loved Jada even last year, thought she should’ve played more

But credit to her for working hard and not transferring

Morris for the playoff run, Pointer better in the regular season. She was a second-team All-American her senior year.

I would say these are the only 2 true PG she ahs had. The rest all struggled with consistency and understanding.
1.Alexis Morris
2.Jada Richard

I actually think M. Williams is a better PG than all the rest.

Richard will probably end up her best ever. She embodies a lot of what Mulkey was a PG at La Tech. She has made tremendous strides since last year.

Poa was a key component of the NC team in 2022.

Puzzling that she seemed to regress from there.

I thought her best season was the following season backing up Van Lith

But her last year she definitely regressed

She is the fastest player with the ball that I can remember. She can drive. She can surely work on her shooting. She is awesome on D.

She needs work on passing.

That's been the issue with this team since the championship, we have not not great point guard play, or played without a true point guard the last couple of years.

I think that is the difference between us having a solidly successful year and a championship year.

The fact that this conversation is being had on tigerdroppings at all is a testament to what Mulkey has done for women’s basketball at LSU.
