Which is worthless. I don't know if they are just lying scum and passing worthless legislation to appease the screaming Karen's or if they are really that stupid to think this would have any bearing on a fed agency.

Just put it in policy that masks are a requirement of their uniform and they can enforce it or not

Local municipalities do not get to dictate the protective gear federal officers wear. They can pass as many ordinances or laws as they want, none of it matters. They are powerless.

The left opened the door for all the masking foolishness during Covid. Seems to me ICE should just say it’s for “health” reasons.
Would they care if it was a N59 or surgical mask.

They can force them to not wear masks, just like they can force them to wear pink pants and sparkly bullet-proof vests - they can't.
