Time will tell whether it's a real bill that they intend to pass or just a grandstanding opportunity driven by polling in this guy's district.

We can hope, but only time will tell.

Gift to the opponents of aTrump's argument before SCOTUS.

This will die in the Senate (one presumes it will pass the House, but who the frick knows) and the opponents will say "see...Congress could have stepped in and chose not to; therefore, they're happ with the status quo."

Authored bills from Massi...0 have passed.

Co-sponsored bills from Massie 934 with 16 becoming law.

Hopefully he is due one.

Doesn't matter, it could pass and you will have leftist judge enact nationwide injunctions to stop it.

I understand the argument, but either "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" means something, or it does not.

The author of the Civil Rights Act of 1866 that became the basis for the 14th amendment certainly did not think it applied to those here illegally.

I believe the Court will rule it does not apply to those here illegally

Link to me saying “I don’t want posts on Massie”. (Third grade sentence structure).

This thread is about action to remove a loophole in our immigration system.

Read the bill. Fair warning: It doesn’t come in a picture book version though.
