The NatGeo Katrina documentary is infuriating.

One episode in and they've spent the entire time asserting that there were no shooters, rapes or murders and it was all just made up by Fox News.
They keep showing clips of Sugar Ray without mentioning his later adventures and I think Honore is legit retarded. Everything is Bush's fault and racism made black people look bad. These pickledicks even told the President that there were no shooters and it was all just made up.
I know people who were there with the guard. If anything, it was underplayed.
I don't remember any of this after the Japanese tsunami. Weird, huh?

Makes it hard to believe any history today. Has it always been skewed so badly?

is it all about NO?
The real devastation was on the MS Gulf Coast. But once the TV networks got pictures of black people sitting around NO after being told to leave, that became the narrative/myth. Biloxi was forgotten and Katrina became helpless blacks deserted and left to die b/c racism

100% and 90% is about how it impacted poor black people adversely.

GENERAL "GENTLEMAN JOHNNY" BURGOYNE: History, sir, will tell lies, as usual.

The FACTS are monitoring, protection, evacuation, etc., were LOCAL RESPONSIBILITIES.
Only after a National Dem instillation, did we find those locally responsible were were criminally negligent.

I can't believe they keep showing Sugar Ray snippets as if he was some strong, level-headed leader and not the retard who told everyone to go to the Super Dome with zero plan - before he stole money and went to jail.

Absolutely underplayed. It was a dumpster fire of epic proportions.

There were black people at the convention center and Superdome reporting
Were they cornballs?

Guess you didn’t make it to the segment where honore said it was just a misunderstanding and the gunshots were actually celebratory or attention seeking.

I cancelled my subscription to Nat Geo Magazine many years ago. It had become a far left propaganda machine…..

Now they're into a half hour of global warming propaganda. Spoiler alert, global warming is also racist.

I know people who deployed with LSP and local sheriff depts supporting the rescue. They were stacking bodies like cordwood in the Lower 9th Ward that were “casualties of war” basicly. Seen some pics

It's how we all learned our 'judeo-Christian' values.
