Apparently John Melvin University Baseball is back!

I saw they are playing two doubleheaders this week against Nunez CC in da parish…
Hopefully JMU has enough money in the budget to buy some Rocky’s for the team…

I think they've moved to all online... a google search brings it up as JMU Christian Education Online, I'm a little surprised they could become even more of a racket

Actually the baseball team has always been active. Still only a matter of time though. I know a kid that plays for them and he said the other sports shutdown due to not having coaches.

The whole thing is a fraud. Their team couldn't compete against most local high school teams. The parents that pay money for their kids to play a sport to say they were college athletes is absurd. There is a group of them that show up at Red's (health club) in Lafayette every day and they couldn't make the team at STM or TCH

Yeah that’s not gonna bode well for them… Nunez is starting to get pretty decent in the region with Delgado and now LSUE
