It’s reminiscent of Saban. She’s very calm when the team is struggling and needs a reassuring, steady hand. She’s apoplectic in blowouts so that the team doesn’t lose their focus.

I heard Kim make a comment in a post game presser on something similar. She was asked why she got heated over a play when the Tigers were up 30+ points in that game.
Her answer was essentially that her job isn’t to win games by 30+ points (although that’s nice), it’s to teach a team how to play basketball and that irrespective of the score, the fundamentals matter on every play from every player.
I thought it was a good answer and that mindset is probably a huge part of how she’s been so successful.
