That’s not what would have happened.

Option 1:
The British successfully keep the Germans out of Britain. Sometime in the late 1940s the USSR occupies all of continental Europe and north Africa.

Option 2:
Britain falls to Germany, then to the USSR. So the Soviets get north Africa and everything in Europe.


With option 1, the commies would have also installed a government in Ireland and Great Britain would be surrounded.

No doubt that world would have been better off if the Kaiser had won WWI.

The only difference is if Germany takes Britain or not.

Clarifying, Stalin might have been satisfied with taking all of Germany and stopped there, but not for long. And he might not have wanted African territory.
