Good.
Hopefully precedent will now take hold and this madness will end.

Literally evil incarnate.

None of this should be a choice until a person is at least 18, preferably 21 or never.

$2,000,000?

Should have been $10,000,000 minimum

Unfortunately adequate justice will not be done for the existing victims, but this makes me optimistic that there will be fewer victims going forward.

It's textbook malpractice.

A properly vetted individual doesn't have any regrets.

Amen. And the board democrats whine when we call their beliefs vile and evil.

Pedal to the metal with these cases

Need to put the pressure on the malpractice carriers. Let them exclude this coverage and expose the confident POS surgeons’ personal assets. They’d start doing fewer procedures if not stopping them entirely.

Wait, this has to be fake. I was told no such surgeries are ever performed on minor children and it was just a right wing conspiracy theory.

I agree

BUT

Enough judgments like this and they won’t cover it because the risk is too high.

Malpractice insurance will soon put exclusions for sex changes in their policies.

Then it’s game over.
