Nikki Sapiro Vinckier - is a reproductive health advocate, content creator, and OBGYN PA in Michigan.
Not sure where is she is employed now. She was fired from her job over a year ago. She posted this:

I don't get why these people feel they can freak out on the Internet, and not expect what has happened to a loads of other people (get fired) is going to happen to them.
These people are the definition of mentally unwell and they all need to be rooted out of our medical system and have their licenses revoked before they kill someone.
