The first jobs “AI” should take are all the politician and C-Suite jobs

If it is so smart, wouldn’t it make more sense to have “AI” take those positions that solely make decisions
Who needs senators and congressmen? Just have AI look at the data from its constituents and vote automatically?
Who needs suits in the corporate world? Finance and business opportunities simply come down to numbers (resources, finances, and time)
Let’s start there and see how quickly this “AI” movement slows down

A.I. can try and pry BabyTac’s job from his cold dead hands!

Y'all MFers and AI.
Let me give you an example of whose job is gone because of AI.
I was contracted out to a bank to fix some shite, it's a bank probably half this site banks with.
They had a process where one person would do some shite in Excel, print it, then hand it to another person, who would manually key it into another program.
Those 2 idiots, yeah they are gone. AI will take those useless jobs.
It will not replace thinkers, not for a very long time.

AI can only work with information that already exists.
To be at the top of the chain (and have success) you have to be flexible and agile in your thought process and sometimes lean away from the norm. As we peel back the layers of the onion that is AI, it’s simply a robot that does a job.

Thanks for saying exactly what I said. You're the dolt that gives thinkers a bad name. Go spout your lies on another board.

I don't think anyone in the US wants AI telling us what is morally/financially right.

Thank god I’m an Operator baw
AI could never do my job. It would have to be able to sit in a chair, operate an iPhone and pound out 7 or 8 episodes of West Wing

If you've ever interacted with AI, you'd know even a shitty politician is better.

First thing real AI would do is repeal voting rights for humans.

Most AI models are woke asf considering they've been trained on the post-2020, censored internet. So no thanks, we have enough problems getting humans to act rationally, the libs would just point and say "See? You guys ARE Nazis".
No thanks.
No thanks.

Just having an AI saying things humans are too scared to say would be great.

It's like none of you fricks have ever read or watched any sci fi or something. AI cannot suffer consequences, therefore it should not be allowed to make management decisions. It shouldn't be in charge of shite.

I’m with you on the politicians standpoint. Would have to turn the US into a full on Democracy, but I’m fine with that - vote from your phone and have MFA or biometrics to reduce fraudulent votes. No chance the lazy non-tax payers would remember to vote every time for everything.
Probably an unpopular opinion, but I do disagree with the C-Suite jobs. They get paid what they do because a lot of their decision are more art than science/math. It’s partly why they get paid so much, because their expertise is worth so much. Look at government run services vs the private sector, not even close.

The bank didn't need AI to replace these 2 jobs, just someone with basic excel knowledge would have handled that.

You realize who codes the LLMs for AI, right? People that overwhelmingly donate to (D).
