I met him last year at the Zurich Classic, he didn't seem like a jerk. Took some time to talk and take a picture with me.

Seems like a pretty down to earth guy. He shared a nice story around the 20-21 min mark about 'what he wanted to be' and how it shaped him today.
It sounds like he believes in a strong OL position group. Personally, I would like to see us go WR and/or DT/DE early and grab a good RB in the 3d. Add a quality OG or OT (plug & play) via FA, amongst other adds, and let's go win the NFC South in 26.
