Video is almost a year old. Depending on where this was, I'm guessing now there would be some morons running out of the house and trying to disrupt the process.

Depends on the state. In the Birmingham Reddit they post pictures of ICE all the time, but the general consensus is that in Alabama, state law enforcement cooperates fully, and you will be arrested and completely unable to get away with the protest crap you have up north. It is kind of amazing, when states and law enforcement cooperate, these things go without a hitch.
