Has the dead guy's body armor been discussed yet

How does the presence of soft body armor, plate carriers etc and the presence of a handgun affect the way law enforcement views you? Increased scrutiny, a heightened threat? I'd really like to hear from someone with experience and not simply ask chatgpt.
I believe that is the two extra magazines we've heard about that are visible on his chest. This is also the moment the agent fires his first shot. His right hand is behind him but it's unclear if he was reaching for anything

Thats enough to get you killed.
Dude had every opportunity to show he wasn't a threat but didn’t.
The guy got into a physical altercation with the cops while armed.
He voluntarily assumed the risk he’d get shot.
This was suicide by cop. Same as rene goode.

He has a second amendment right to wear body armor to a protest!

Idk but he definitely was a fricking idiot :lol. Had a vest and possibly decent plates and a decent pistol. Is immediately unarmed and shot
Worst temu John wick ever

Please explain why someone who goes out looking for federal officials to harass while armed with a firearm, high capacity magazines, body armor, and no identification would not be considered a suicide mission.

Where is your factual evidence of this?

DHS incident reports have stated the suspect had been verbally harassing and interfering in removal operations before he was placed under arrest.

Protesting / verbally assaulting a cop
deserves the death penalty?
Remember this when Dems are back in control and rounding up opposition like they did J6 folks.

You get into a tussle with law enforcement where you are abviously armed and amored, they are going to look at you differently from everyone around you. You are now number one target to get killed out of everyone there.
Do you have this right? Yes?
Should you be amazed as your life bleeds out of you?
No. You're stupid.

I couldn't tell if he was wearing any
What I did have a couple of question about was if he was the one to open his jacket as it was closed at the start of the incident?
Was it a zippered jacket or was it a button up that may have popped open during the scuffle?
If it was zippered who unzipped it & why?

Nice Red Herring logical fallacy. I live in Louisiana dude…as you gargle Trump’s balls, I’ll stay focused on the argument at hand…homicide of a VA nurse by incompetent goons of the state.
Edit: I was wrong on his military service; now corrected.

All you had to say is you don't hold your side to the same standards as you hold conservatives. No need to spaz out.

Lol this game again. Keep pretending its just some guy with a gun, in body armor, in a coordinated law enforcement obstruction chat group, who’s father asked his adult son to stop acting like a fagot….. on his off day, not seeking out LEOs to harass.
You’re really cooking now genius ;)

I guess im trying to understand the thought process. Something definitely triggered the agent because he grabbed his gun quick. I was curious if it was a combo of the pistol and the body armor. Being that the agent is intimately familiar with body armor himself (he's also wearing it) he would know that they are designed to hold weapons, ammo, knives and a variety of other tools on the front for easy access. From his vantage point, he is looking down at the guy's back. The guy is also in a prone position which makes it extremely difficult to ascertain what if anything including another weapon is strapped to his chest
Pretty Clear Source Video
I just noticed while watching the video again that the agent who eventually retrieves the weapon starts the video holding onto the guy's legs. Once he sees the weapon he switches his focus to removing it from the holster
