She apparently is the person directing the Minneapolis rioting for Walz. Uses a comprehensive communication system to id ice, dispatch rioters, and has military style security built into the system. She has links into the Minnesota state police license plate data system to track Ice license plates to the fed cars.

This is the front door into RICO. Antifa likes to pretend there is no leadership structure, but there obviously is. There is a chain of command that disseminates intelligence from the top down with direct ties to the Governor’s office. Waltz orders the stand down that denies ICE agents help with local law enforcement which then allows the boots on the ground agitators to carry out well coordinated confrontations with ICE

Officials and politicians. They can't use police or other local enforcement agencies to target and stop federal law enforcement from operating. Because it would open the door to legit insurrection/civil war accusations. A state actively using their official forces to target federal law enforcements.
But if the politicians and officials suspend the rule of law in certain areas and then have their agitprop puppets targeting federal law enforcement, they can act like it's just grassroots protests that have nothing to do with them.
I'm just disheartened that the doj and FBI are looking the other way and ignoring it all. These aren't fricking criminal masterminds or anything, there's no doubt a trail that connects officials and politicians to the agitprop groups during this active street campaign targeting federal agents. But doj and fbi are ignoring the obvious leaders of the agitprop groups, and the handful of people they do arrest are treated as lone wolves that there's no need to look further into.
