Nuss Prospect

Not sure what to think about this. I want him to succeed though.

They’re retarded. He was awful this year and showed no signs of being an NFL caliber football player.

or maybe our fans are. When Nuss still gets drafted in the first few rounds, are the mocks still going to be retarded?

Well, based on 2024, he came into 2025 with the potential to be 1.1. He was hurt, he had a trash o line, had a trash OC, HC checked out… kid has every excuse in the book as to why this season sucked.

He’s got the arm talent, and he’s got the brains as his dads a coach.. if he does well at the combine and pro day then he could be a 2nd or 3rd rounder if someone falls in love with him.

Think he’s a mid round pick for some team that wants a backup.

If he can get back on track and look like what he was supposed to look like this year he’s a steal.

Most of the other qbs sucked too so nobody emerged to push him down. After Mendoza it's a bunch of guys with question marks.

That last play brings pause.

I agree, I think he’ll probably be a 5th round ish pick. But I could totally see him testing well and someone like the Jets, Dolphins, Raiders, or cardinals taking him in the 2nd or 3rd

Get back to me when he actually makes an NFL roster and takes meaningful snaps.

Teams overreach for QB’s every draft.

I just said he will likely be drafted in the first few rounds. He'll make a roster if he does. A lot more comes into play if we're talking about whether he becomes a starter. there are only 32 of them. How much are you willing to bet he doesn't make a roster? Probably not that confident about that are you?

But we do have fans that think he won't be drafted at all, so not exactly dealing with the sharpest tools on this board.

He'll be drafted for a critical first drive time-out.

Yea and him having no true #1 WR wasn't a factor in that, right? He had glorified kick returners out there running routes, and an OL that couldn't block a 3 man rush. What about 2024?

Nothing about the way he plays screams his father is an NFL QB's coach.

He was also injured, playing behind a middle school caliber offensive line in a kindergarten level offense. Tom Brady in his prime couldn't have been successful with that.

all the QBs below him on that list have some glaring flaws as well.

It is basically shite mountain after Chambliss and he ain't even that good.

Last year was one of the worst OL in LSU history

People hate on Nuss because of it but he will find a spot and play in the NFL

3rd or 4th round I'd say. People will ding him for this past season.

Or they actually know what theyre talking about, and you don't. Anyone with eye sight and a brain could see that Nuss was injured all season, and with 0 run game and that HORRENDOUS line, his season was hopeless
