Activists mad that ICE is shopping at Target in MN are now buying and returning salt

What exactly are they hoping for by doing this?

To take up lines so no one else can shop that day and Target loses money

These people are clueless. Target has one goal. Be profitable for their stakeholders. If ICE wants to buy items then they are going to let them.

Also they are only hurting the little man who now has to restock and move all that salt.
