I work on Airline but could make a quick jaunt over to Byblo's. Is it worth the Vets traffic? What do you recommend?

It is pretty good. We get it for takeout at least once a month.

The Byblos on Vets is great. The one on Magazine blows.

Since I've got work off tomorrow, this has motivated me to drop by the Vets market tomorrow for lunch.

Not if it's like the one on Magazine. If it's not, you should be fine.

All kinds of specialty Mediterranean food products. Place is awesome to just dick around in and look at for people who like to cook. They serve the food deli style, and there is some chairs to sit down in if you want to eat there.

Byblos is very good. One of their main Metarie guys was formerly at Pita Boy in BR. Nice variety, great lunches, solid store.

Whoa back that truck up! There's one on Metairie Rd?

I just looked it up. 5 minutes from work. Mucho good news for me.
