On Veterans, kinda by the David Dr. intersection.-- in a two-story strip mall.
The Byblos on Vets is great. The one on Magazine blows.

The Abita website has a store listing. Marcellos and Albertsons in Lafayette are supposed to carry Andygator and Abbey Ale.
Don't know if they are serving them right now though, I live in New Orleans now.
Seafood Palace on Enterprise Blvd. Take the Enterprise exit going north. It is on your left about a mile down. Awesome crawfish.
