But, unfortunately everything is behind an ON3 paywall. Would anybody care to share what that article says?

I would bet that he doesn’t play & tomorrow is a game that it probably wouldn’t matter either way.

He could be the difference @ Arkansas Saturday

I’m not a paywall article, but he’s still likely doubtful.

Take that from a poster that knows nothing.

IIRC, McMahon said something before Kentucky game along the lines of Thomas "not being close" to returning. I guess a lot can happen in a week...but I doubt it. I wouldn't expect him to play tomorrow...and probably Saturday.

If you have followed LSU basketball before (even prior to MM), this has all the hallmarks of previous instances where guys were listed as "day-to-day" for weeks with an unspecified injury, only to not play for several weeks.

When players are being paid as much as they are, injuries shouldn’t be able to be kept secrets anymore.

The apathy is so high no one really covers LSU basketball in the media and therefore no one asks questions that the few of us who do care would like to know.

Call the coaches show tonight and ask, I'm sure they are starved for callers.

I can only imagine how heavily screened these calls are given the current state of the program. I bet it’s Pravda level.

What do yall care about?

Haven't you seen enough McMahon produced basketball teams at LSU for the past "Tree Point Fiddy" years to know exactly what's
being thrown out onto the court?

DO yall think the team is going to magically transform overnight into an SEC
and NCAA contender?

Don't spew out the "Injury" excuse either. In YEAR 4, the roster should be built and there should be sufficient depth at every position to overcome an injury. If there's no adequate "Next Man Up" to step in, that's the fault of the Head Coach.

Most everybody has seen enough now of Matt McMahon to know exactly what we got. A few unexpected wins here and there doesn't change anything.

The fewer people that attend a game in the PMORGUE, the better. LSU fans send a message by staying at home and EMPTY SEATS tell the AD that the gig is up for the HC

Have we even gotten a detailed explanation as to WHY he’s out?

I care about the program - I'm a season ticket holder and I'd love someone to hold the coach accountable to ask questions I'd like to know about but no one does.

I pay $100 for my season ticket. If nothing else I get to see a few good teams come in here and play and I see some friends and family at the games. I walk down at the second t.v. timeout and site 5 rows up mid-court almost every game.

I'm not happy with the product but as long as I only have to pay $100 for a season i'll go.

At this point, I don't think he plays again this season. When he was first injured, there were some comments that "they didn't think it was season ending," and I found that odd. That's not usually an opening position; it's usually, "He's day to day, we expect him back in a week or so."
