Has Baltimore already made a hire?

I guess you had to do it
He is a defensive minded coach and just lost another playoff game 33-30
In 15 playoff games with Allen he has held a team under 17 pts twice
Vrabel in 2 playoff games with maye has already twice held a team to under 17 pts

He’s standing up for Buffalo, dammit!
Also, this marks the 10th NFL team to fire their coach after the 2025 season

That wouldn't work out to good, being all his experience is on the defensive side of the ball.

Good coach but sometimes makes dumb decisions like the play right before half that led to a TO and 3 points for Denver.
They don’t do that shite and the end of regulation FG wins the game.

Best coach they’ve had in well over 30 years.
I wonder if Mike Tomlin would take this job?

Can you imagine how fricking infuriated Ryan Clark would be if he was black?

If Josh Allen doesn't run around like a fricking moron before end of half buffalo wins the game. How is that on Sean McDermott.
Guess you can't trust the best QB in the league with the ball

Not really a surprise
Defensive minded coaches (minus Belichick) haven't won a Super Bowl in over a decade.

His defenses were terrible in just about every playoff game

Their AD hasn’t been doing well in the draft lately either. This was Brandon Beane’s scape goat to save his job after the 8th postseason failure in a row.

Tough to win games when your star QB turns the ball over
