Revolving door of front office and ownership power struggles combined with petty grudges being held

They’ve fired like 3 GMs since then and 2 coaches

Tennessee is not a serious franchise with Amy Adams at the helm.

I’ve been a Titans fan since day 1

This is correct

Kudos to Robert Kraft for correcting a horrible mistake of hiring Jerrod Mayo, and hiring Vrabel, who should've been hired in the first place.

Shitty owner who thinks she knows better.

At least Jerry made his success. This chick was just born into it and is not qualified to be an owner.

Oilers curse.

It will last until they reconcile and let Houston have it back.

It was idiotic of the Titans to fire him like he was the issue there. Worked out well for him. He ends up back at the Pats with a damn good young QB and a team with some decent young talent.

I really hate the that the Patriots are already good again after the recent run they had with Brady. MFers barely had any down/rebuilding years.

I'm fairly sure WTC disagrees wholeheartedly.

They were intimidated by him. They wanted someone they could boss around

He had the Titans with the number 1 seed in the AFC with Ryan Tannehill as his QB. He was a great coach there

He had a losing record his last two seasons and was pushing hard behind the scenes to have more institutional control, which the Adam’s family is loathe to give up. It’s worked out better for him in the long run now anyway. The Adams aren’t Jerrry Jones level hands on, but they’re known to want to stick their fingers into things more than they should. Kraft will mostly stay out of the way if he trusts you (and you can still make him feel important).
