My peanut butter rant

Today for breakfast I wanted to have a piece of toast, peanut butter, banana and honey. A sweet treat to start the day. I go to get the peanut butter and it’s a new jar. Some organic fancy shite. Anyways there’s about a 1/2” of oil at the top but apparently you’re supposed to “mix it in”. So I grab a knife and start churning it up. Oil splashed everywhere. It never mixes, it’s just a big oily mess. And I got peanut butter all over the place. I don’t understand how or why this became a thing? Back in my day you would just open a jar of Jif and be good to go.

Did they discontinue jif or all of the other half dozen normal peanut butter brands?

The trick with those is to stir it up, but then place the jar back in the pantry upside down. Next time you grab it the oil will be at the bottom.

With Jiff you are eating soybean oil, canola oil, corn syrup, palm oil, diglycerides, etc.
It’s processed garbage that isn’t good for you. Organic peanut butter is just crushed peanuts. And the oil naturally separates from shelf life. That was the only real peanut butter that existed before they came out with the fake processed shite.
Are you really too lazy and helpless to stir a jar with a knife for a few minutes for something exponentially healthier? No wonder I see so many Ozempic threads on the Low-T lounge; you people don’t understand how to eat right.

I prefer the organic that’s just peanuts and salt.
