So far, we got 8 OL in the portal. Lost a few.

Gotta think that's a good thing, was painful watching the guys try to block and seeing DL run right around them time after time.

This roster is stacked. I wouldn't hate adding another OL or 2 though.

Better talent left
Better scheme coming in

I think we signed 2 from HS also.

I fear you are correct. OL talent is still not great. Hope we get Seaton in a way that doesn’t create locker room issues.

Yea, 8 additions from portal, 2 added from high school class. 9 departures from portal, and 1 out of eligibility, so I think numbers-wise, we're back to where we were for 2025 season.

I beg to differ

I seriously doubt they’re done.

Let me guess, you like the previous talent better because they were all black? Shocker, I tell ya
Nothing about most of those guys screamed high-end talent except for maybe Carius Curne.
DJ Chester and Paul Mubenga were downright awful in every way, and Tyree Adams was nothing special either.

You’ll understand a year from now

Im gonna be honest. We let way better talent go because we didn't want to pay. HOWEVER, now that I have gotten over that, I have no problem with them doing it how they want to do it.
Likely Harper, Moore, and Bah are starters. Is Harper your LT or is he a guard? Im going to go out on a giant tree branch and say that Davis is your right tackle. Very talented guy, was playing basketball up til a couple years ago. I think his growing pains last year will make him better this year. That leaves one more person.
ETA: I completely forgot about Thomas. He'll fit in somewhere. Possibly as a starter.
I'll say this right now, depth is scary. It's not that we don't have the bodies, but it is PURELY a guess on how well any of them are. Most of the guys we got have not started at all or started less than half a season.

It’s funny what people will say when they don’t really know anything about ball.

Lest, Chester and Mubenga were terrible.
Maybe Curne turns into something but I think we kept the best one of them all in Solomon Thomas

Better talent definitely left. Again, I've gotten over that, just want to see how it all shakes out.

Everyone on here has picked up on your tendencies, and you know it.

Chester is a nothing but the other guys all have starting SEC upside. Specifically Curne-Adams-Echols. Ory Williams and Calloway are good developmental tackles. Mubenga will be much better than he was here.
LSU went from Adams who was a serviceable SEC LT to grabbing Baylor’s backup LT, as it stands now. Or playing someone else there who naturally is not a LT.
It’s not a huge deal, as I said the scheme & coaching being in unison will help a ton.

We lost some bad ones and picked up some maulers and some prospects

This is how I see it. Which OL were the biggest losses? Curne would have been fun to watch develop.
