I don't think that's what the post is saying. I think that the employees quit simply because their manager's car accident contributed to someone being deported. The manager didn't even necessarily call ICE, they simply committed the crime of driving.

Manager told employee someone hit her car in the lot. As soon as she stepped out ICE nabbed her. Calls manager Snitch and other employees quit in spot.

ICE raided the CHick fil A. Our hero manager, Patricia, told her boss's illegal employees that someone crashed into their car and they all went out where ICE was waiting on them.

Apparently, management of the local franchise (a woman namd Diana) became aware that ICE agents were located in the parking lot, and she conspired with ICE to detain several of her employees. She told those employees that their vehicle had been damaged by another vehicle. When the employees went outside to check their vehicle, they were aprehended by ICE.
Diana is a government toadie and was disloyal to her employees. I am told that several employees resigned their positions immediately after this incident. They also "reported" Diana's behavior, though I am vague as to whom she may have been reported.
Apparently, Chick-fil-A corporate headquarters sees Diana's actions as problematic, and it has been so-shaken by this event that it has been necessary for the local franchise to close its doors temporarily.
