It's an established fact that if you are born male you have the advantages of higher testosterone after puberty. In this case, the plaintiff is arguing they were female before puberty. A dubious claim in my view, but how is that supposed to work? Do you ask every tranny if they changed before or after puberty and require documentation? That's absurd.
