I don’t have one. I support Trump’s plan - continue to squeeze them. Cutting them off from Venezuelan oil is a good step. But the Cuban people are passive, made that way by 60 years of propaganda plus letting the troublemakers escape to the USA. And the brutes who rule them are first rate tyrants who will be hard to displace. If an uprising ever occurs we could affect a change with military support, but I’m not optimistic that the Cubans will do it.

You can have 15k Cubans in Venezuela without 15k dead in the coup.
It probably means they were using them as outside komissars to keep an eye on the Venezuelan functionaries to prevent counter revolutions.
It’s actually pretty much the SOP for totalitarian regimes.
