These are the kinds of scenes they created all of this for. All of this is about elections coming up. They do not care that that person died (allegedly), it helps their cause, or so they hope.

Hard to tell if anyone in front of her vehicle from that angle. But one was near the front, probably within a few inches...and the other had his hand on the handle.
The truck with the flashing lights in the road should have a perfect view of what happened, so hopefully we get dash cam of that.
Edit: Actually 3 LEOs. The last one may have actually had to move out of the way to avoid getting run over.

We didn’t see the beginning of this event but I’m curious how her vehicle got in that position in the first place if she wasn’t already in the act of trying to ram them before the video started
