Crazy how wholesome and healthy the Saints vibes are compared to the Pellies

All the more reason to try to keep DD and Cam around.

He is supremely talented, and putting it together.

Love the 3-4 defense.

It also revitalized Jordan and a spot 3-4 DE.

He rarely played at down DE though. He was largely coming in as an OLB, standing up way more than not.

Last week was an exception, and his production dipped due to it.

Edit:
But yes, he rushed from that spot way more than not, so edge rusher would be an accurate description.

On one hand Gayle is not a very good owner. She doesn’t know sports so she has to be overly reliant on others to run the show and accountability becomes an issue. On the other hand she’s a great owner that cares for the players/coaches, doesn’t meddle, opens the checkbook, and is willing the give the team whatever they need to win.

When things are going good she’s exactly who you want as owner

Except he rarely ever played DE.

In a 34, Cam Was basically playing Rickey Jackson’s spot.

Im not against it. I confess when he first signed here I thought he was injury prone and looked out of shape. He looks much slimmer now and is way quicker .

The way they both played and with their standing in the locker room you have to do everything even remotely reasonable to keep them.

Staley has done one of hell of a job with this defense. Jordan’s resurrection was the shock of the year for me.

She’s a very good owner. She runs a professional ship and allows people to do their jobs.

This is due to coaches and staff. The organization above them is run like shite and similar to the Pels.

Wrong. The leadership always starts from the top. The coaches have been here a minute and we’ve been run like a first class organization for 20 years.

You better believe, MLoomis is going to give him a career high, record breaking contract. Backloaded, with incentives where it would be impossible to cut or trade him early.

His play is going to dropp off as soon as he earns that second contract.

He's on his second contract with us now, for 2 more years, cheap for his position.
