We need to just play sound good offense and not depend on penalties. Shough never should have been in that position……ball should have been thrown away. Absolutely could not take a sack there

I don’t think it was, but the fact that you had the head coming in to “correct” the call is frustrating.

You're all wrong. The defender grabbed the ball carrier's nameplate. Definitional horse collar. That it was overturned is the real frustration.

makes it a 15-yard personal foul to grab the inside collar of a ball carrier's jersey or shoulder pads (or the nameplate)
