Get rid of CCGs, play straight through postseason, no bye til title game…

NFL plays on Sundays, CFB season wrapped up by 1/1 every year.
Fixes half the problems in the sport.

Agreed. Get rid of conference championship games, move to a 16 team playoff, and do away with auto bids. Make those 3 changes and I think you have a much better product.

That week off between the 1st round and the quarters is stupid. Everything should be back to back week except maybe a week off before the championship game for the last 2 teams to get rested

Agree. First two rounds on campus. Crazy that the Top 4 seeds don’t get the millions of dollars in economic benefits for the community. Semi finals on Jan 1 and finals a week later. Or do first three rounds on campus and Championship at a neutral site on or around 1/1.

Conference championship games definitely need to go but I think a week off before the playoffs start is fine. Have the conference championship weekend off then do one round per week all the way through to the end

Yes and start all games at week zero
