We are so screwed. We can't even arrest all the folks breaking the law here.

As soon as Judge Boasberg is assigned a seat on the UN court at the Haig, he will demand Maduros release and bring war crimes charges against OMB.
Its the same playbook as he uses here to protect the guilty and harm Americans.
