There is not better way to give a prosecutor the rawest of power to take an entity down. We certainly know it was organized and much like the tactics used by a prosecutor to take down small business owners with RICO, the very same can be employed here.
Only two federal or state predicates are needed to prove a "pattern". Imagine that, I always thought two was a couple. Criminal and civil RICO statutes say "Hold Our Beers"!!

All of these "arrests" won't be individual arrests like a lot of people on here think. It's going to be one big beautiful grand conspiracy charge where hundreds will be charged at the same time.

It is what I have always thought as well. RICO is the one charge that can bring so many "to heel" at once. May have to build a new prison unless there is room at Guantanamo.
Regardless, military tribunals will also be used during this takedown of government gangstas!!

Military tribunals started months ago. Nobody knows about them because they do not advertise them and they keep them airtight closed lipped - when we don't hear from some of these people for weeks.. it means they are probably in the middle of a military tribunal. These aren't my words.. these words are from very high ranking officials that I have heard them talk about on NewsMax

They are all public knowledge. Why should he have to list a bunch of things we all have already seen and heard with plenty of documents and video evidence?
