No doubt the fraud is nation wide involving thousands of grifters.
As if we are just now finding out the obvious.

Congress does not have the stomach to do it because they created the problem simply so they can complain it.
Neither Republicans nor Democrats want to solve problems.
Republicans make headlines screaming about problems, hold hearings which are a joke and nobody ever gets arrested, prosecuted or jailed.
Democrats simply use the media to spin the issue and report that the problem doesn’t really exist.
545 people out of 300,000,0000 in America are responsible for all of our problems. Until the populace vote out these 545 en masse and replace them with honorable people, I don’t see anything changing,

I thought any entity that expended $750,000 of federal funds was subject to independent audit under OMB A-133. I don’t understand how so much fraud is not detected.
