It's they're own fault if it is. They didn't want Kiffin to coach because he'd be a fox in the henhouse but they were happy with a bunch of his assistants coaching. Either draw a line or don't.

Every coach has openly said there are no rules anymore. You can contact agents all you want showing interest and getting that return interest. Don't like it, get congress to vote it as illegal.
