Put gps trackers on your dogs. Had to track a fella down running dogs today at Twin Oaks Ms to return his dog. Luckily the dog had a name and number on the collar. The fella was super nice and no I don’t hate dog hunters like a lot of folks…. But that said, put gps trackers on all your dogs, especially a pup.

Think by law all deer dogs must have gps tracking collars in ms.

Not sure for rabbit or bird dogs but don’t think so.

We use a tracking collar on our Mountain Feist squirrel dog and it's cool to see how much territory she covers. Squirrel treeing machine and has never run a rabbit or deer.

Just gives them another excuse to trespass on your land. "I'm just trying to get my dog."

They do that either way.

If it's something that doesn't happen often I don't give a shite if they do it. If they end up on OPP every other time they drop the tailgate then they need to stop turning them loose.
