About to leave my house and make the short ish drive... gonna start at karbach for beers and lunch before heading to the lot and setting up the tailgate w a buddy.

I thought about taking the family since we are heading back to Arlington from Covington today, but ticket prices are too high. Then got to get a hotel room, just too much.

They currently got some tickets as low as $40 per....sure youll be able to move down before too long... that said I get it. I was able to find a hotel withing 15 minute Uber ride for $150 ish and since the bowl game is such a late kick just spending the one night... which i think is what helped me pull the trigger

Staying at the team hotel. Didn't see many of the players yesterday. Same at the Hilton for Houston. Vibes are low energy on a Friday night
