Jermauria Rasco will be taking his place.

I figured he would at least finish it out but he says he wants nothing to do with it. Kinda surprised me.

Has KW been at bowl practice?

Wouldn't surprise me if he quietly resigned after the regular season and told his alma mater to save the money. It's not like he needs the salary or buyout. Go spend the holidays with his kids/family.

I don’t care the circumstances, it is a pathetic example set by a former tiger.

He said he wants nothing to do with it? Or you said he wants nothing to do with it?

Would love to see what he actually said because bailing on your guys isn't a good look.

I said on CC board but this could be an opportunity for Rasco to emerge as a DL coach candidate for a smaller school.

Coaching LSU DL for a few weeks for the bowl is a nice feather in the cap he can use.

It’s not like nobody is there to coach. You could look at it like he’s giving another young former Tiger an opportunity to lead the room and coach the DLine for a month which would be helpful to Rasco’s young coaching career.

I’m sure it was mutual and LSU is winning more than Kyle on this. Probably stopped paying him last month and no buyout needed. We all can see the program is in transition anyway and even if this were a good bowl game (it’s not), you have coaches for other teams coaching LSU, players opted out left and right, etc. The reality is that we shouldn’t make too much out of KW not coaching.
