It was at a Mavericks game. Miriam Adelson and Mark Cuban probably called the cops on them.

These cops won't arrest BLM or blue-haired freaks blocking traffic but won't hesitate to arrest peaceful Christians on public property. But some "conservatives" here will continue to blindly back these tyrants. These cops now know without a doubt that what they're doing is unconstitutional and a blantant violation of the First Amendment. They should be accountable not only civilly but criminally as well.

Looks like the second guy was arrested for interfering with the arrest of the first guy, not for preaching.
It would be interesting to see what the first guy did to earn the ire of the DPD. The video certainly does nothing to provide this information.
Street preachers are as annoying as a housefly when you are trying to get a nap, but "being annoying" alone is not good cause for an arrest.

No it doesn’t.
It does look like you’re being your usual retarded self though.

This absolutely infuriates me. This is how you know there is hierarchy in our country. Until we get this fixed, and everyone is treated equally under the law, things will not ever get better.

You complete, unmitigated dumbass.
That was the response to the first person being walked away. The 2nd person wasn’t even arrested until after he said that.
Nevermind the fact that this same cop that proudly produced this exchange:
Guy 1: So why am I being arrested officer?
Cop: Because I told you to back off twice and you didn’t listen. It’s not about public property.

You’re the fake lawyer that thinks Rittenhouse committed murder. You’ve earned every comment that rightly calls out your stupidity.

I thought cops were too stupid to understand the Constitution according to you.
I’m not a cop or anything that has to do with law enforcement, I have no friends or family that are either. I’m calling you out because you’re speaking out of both sides of your mouth on this issue and you know it

Had it been muslims protesting for raping children and sharia law they would have played body guard for them.

I hope there is a lawsuit and that officer loses his job for this abuse.
I also hope he reopens of his sins and turns to Christ by faith for salvation.

None of this should surprise anyone that reads the word. “They hate you because they first hated Me, if you belonged to this world it would love you like its own”
Most people hate God.
Most people hate God.

Red Cap was the first arrest. Black Cap was the second arrest. From that short clip, it is still not clear to me why Red Cap was arrested. The officer specifically told Black Cap that he would be arrested for interfering with the arrest of Red Cap. It is evident that the first part of the exchange between those two was not included in the video clip.
in particular, we see Cop telling Black Cap that he was being arrested because Black Cap had been told twice to back away from the arrest of Red Cap, but he declined to do so.
You can certainly in interpret that edited video however you like, even if you appear to be incapable of doing so in a polite manner. But I think that the correct interpretation is set forth above.
None of which addresses the important issue, which was set forth in my initial post. Why was the first person (Red Cap) arrested?
as of six hours ago, police had not yet released that information. LINK
