Merry Christmas Baws! And God Bless America - can we have some peace??

I’ve got all the Days of the Week- beginning at 2 mos up to 78 yrs young.coming over tomorrow and I’m cleaning like a psycho and preparing for more cooking tomorrow.
It occurred to me just now - Is there anything more Louisiana than seafood gumbo for 22 ppl and a punch bowl full of Old Fashioneds, in a recipe that is part of the Days Family Birthright which shows up atl major holidays, weddings, baptisms and funerals? I think not. . .
We live in the greatest nation on earth and the luckiest ones among us live in Louisiana.

I can identify. I make 4 gallons of gumbo and 4 gallons of red beans. Just finished chopping. Hope yours turns out great! And Merry Christmas!
