Should the status of Warnock and Ossoff be in question?

I realize undoing the 2020 presidential election is not possible outside of delivering prosecutions and punishments (that probably won’t happen)
But we have two sitting Senators that were elected because of clear fraud that the election officials have now admitted
Isn’t this a problem?

What fraud, specifically?
I hope you're not referencing the 315k vote story, b/c that doesn't indicate fraud.

Of course it should, but all you can do at this point is ride it out and hopefully rectify it at the polls

2/3rds of the senate voting to remove them is the only way. That of course will not happen

I must be completely ignorant,, So do us all a favor and explain, what you would deem fraud.

Even if not
Then then the GA election officials should be forced to go before Congress to declare these 2 Senators as illegitimate

Can you cite the statutory authority that requires the votes be invalidated?

The great lawyer who knows more about what’s really going on than the people in Georgia that are actually investigating and have the proof. Slo Joes Bro.

Of course they should be in question but I don't see a remedy at this juncture.
Our election systems are not transparent, secure, or auditable and therefore are not credible.
The best thing to do at this point is to teach and repeat this observation every chance you get until the majority understands it.
Once that happens the odds that they want to do something about it get a lot better.

We know they were cheating in Chocolate City.

It's a serious problem. ...but it's far too late to do anything about it.

You know damn good and well that if the same questionable ballots sat 2 republican Senators you'd see the fraud for what it was

GA Code § 21-2-386 A-1-c
quote:
(C) If the elector has failed to sign the oath, or if the identifying information entered on the absentee ballot envelope does not match the same information appearing in the elector's voter registration record, or if the elector has failed to furnish required information or information so furnished does not conform with that on file in the registrar's or clerk's office, or if the elector is otherwise found disqualified to vote, the registrar or clerk shall write across the face of the envelope "Rejected," giving the reason therefor.
Nothing on invalidating but an illegally counted vote should not be counted so the state committed fraud by allowing the votes to count.

Absolutely. Every bill they voted on and helped pass should be invalidated, just like they should be invalidated because they were signed into "law" by a puppet figurehead who couldn't tell you what day it was, and who was installed to office via the same election fraud.

but an illegally counted vote
That statute lists specific reasons to make the vote illegal. Which apply to the 315k? The voters didn't fail, in this scenario. That statute is specific to voter failure

Just like OJ's DNA didn't indicate murder.

Declaring them illegitimate wouldn’t do anything. Like Michael Scott declaring bankruptcy.

Yes. They knew about it.

Correct, and even more egregiously, we are stuck with inarguably the most incompetent Justice on the SC in our lifetimes because of it.
