Pels could’ve been a playoff team if they fired Willie sooner. Just like the Saints could’ve won the NFC South if they started Shough sooner.

Shough probably benefitted from watching and learning. He may not have been ready early in the season. There was absolutely no reason and nothing that can be construed as positive by Willie starting the season as HC.

I said in the DA thread when hired he’d be fired after two years. He made it a little past that with the help of Gayle.
Just listening to his interviews I knew he’s not a head coach.
