When do lsu spring practices start? Does it impact us at all? Lane will still figure out the roster and portal

LSU is paying Kiffin and our assistant coaches for Ole Miss winning this game. Will Ole Miss Admin and fans be appreciative (LOL) that LSU allowed them to coach OM and paying them bonuses? This is one of the strangest things I have ever seen. Can anyone explain why LSU agreed to do this?

No but it helps Ole Miss retain and attract players in the portal especially if they keep winning.

Because Verge agreed to anything that Kiffin wanted. Kiffin wanted to coach Ole Miss throughout the playoffs. If it wasn't for the Ole Miss AD saying "no", Lane would have been on the sidelines today.
LSU is trying to play nice because of all the negativity with the Kiffin hire, but the media will still have us as the bad guys in all of this.
No one in the media have questioned Ole Miss about letting their assistants coach, but not Lane.

If LSU said NO to allow its asst coaches to coach OM, who would be calling offensive plays if no OC, no QB coach, no WR coach, no TE coach, etc? They are now LSU coaches, not OM coaches. I can't see their DC calling offensive plays.

Yeah I get that. Still comes down to $, system, etc, and if the OC winning games isnt going to be there, then they cant sell anyone on the same offense. Or even the qbs being back.

I watched some Ole Miss channels after the game and they never once mentioned anything about Lacy’s injury. I find it funny that LSU fans seem more concerned about his injury.
