These guys are pretty sour about everything.. Watch for the bad language if you're around kids, they go off.
First couple minutes, they pretty much guarantee that dylan stewart is going to l s u

After Beamer gets fired next year, we’re going to take more than their dline coach. Duckworth will have one year of experience under his belt and we’ll be here ready.

I love listening to all these people whine and cry about how NIL and the portal have ruined college football.
This is EXACTLY what these nil and free transfer people wanted. The detractors warned this would happen but they didn’t want to hear it. Now you have to have nfl money to compete and the fans of schools that don’t have that kind of money are acting shocked like they had never once considered this could happen.

Imagine Harbor and Green as our two tight ends

I love it! My Ex and her whole family are Gamecocks. It puts a smile on my face when they lose.

This is a juicy melt. They are making sense, though. Very enjoyable.

Sounds like this guy recruits his arse off and knows the DC area well

Stewart coming here would be insane. I personally thought that on a per-down basis he was probably the best player in CFB this year. Would be one of the biggest portal gets in history

Not getting my hopes up for Stewart. BUT, if we pulled that off…. Stewart and Reliford as starting DEs would be so nasty. I really think Reliford was going to take a big step this year if not for the injury. Still think the breakout is coming. I think he has 6-8 sack potential while being a really physical edge setter.
The DEs we grabbed from the portal last year all played well for us, but I’d change the strategy and use all that money on one premier guy who’s already proven he can get home as a pass rusher. You still have Carpenter, Cobbins, Jackson, and Shanklin. Develop that group to fill out your rotation.
You’d have Stewart, Whit Weeks (healthy at 2024 form) and Pickett. A true difference maker on all 3 levels. And I still think Spears can develop into an All SEC safety.

I'd be shocked if Stewart leaves. He's already one of the highest paid CFB players and he'll be a top 10 pick even he stays there or shut it down mid-season after a few losses.

Stewart is likely to be your highest-paid player on the team. Before making a move like that, LSU needs to make sure it has the pieces on offense in place to make a run, most importantly, the QB.

I didn't know corey, raymond only makes 700k a year. I thought that number would be more

Personally I’m not holding my breath on Stewart making it here, but it would be awesome if he did

I watched about 5 minutes of that last night, and I moved on to something else. I could tell these were some bitter dudes, and I don't like listening to people who just react emotionally.
Their team is not the victim. College football, itself, is the victim of this ridiculous era, and no team is immune to the downsides of it. The reality is, if you want to be a beneficiary of the market, you have to establish a winning program. If you weren't established before this era began, you need an elite coach who can do more with less. So go find that coach, if you can. Indiana somehow did.
You also need money, but you can still compete for enough good talent, and retain enough of it, if you just win. You might not be at the top of the market, but a successful football program will bring in some serious money.

He isn’t coming here or anywhere. As long as he plays decently for SCar next year he will be a 1st round pick lock.

It doesn't really matter where he goes in the draft next year. He has another year to play college ball before then, and why not do it for a team that has a decent chance to win, and more money to play there than he'll get at South Carolina?
I don't know if he'll come here, but I don't think his draft status is going to have anything to do with his decision.
